Committed to each case he takes, Stan calls upon his deep understanding of the laws of Florida and the judicial process, both civil and criminal, to ensure that every client receives focused and knowledgeable legal representation.

​Stan has practiced law in excess of 35 years, half of which was with a large litigation firm in Tallahassee, Florida, of which he was a partner, serving statewide and national clients in complex litigation.

 

Because of the love of the outdoors, Stan transitioned to reside in Bozeman, Montana, where he established his own practice during 1999, establishing Peeler Law Firm. While in Montana, he practiced law, raised and trained quarter horses, and enjoyed the Western style of life.

​Approximately 10 years ago, in addition to the Montana practice, Stan opened an office in Pensacola, Florida, practicing law in both states for a number of years. The practice of law for Stan has now evolved into legal services being solely provided to the Northwest Florida community, including Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Bay counties.

​

Hunting and fishing continue to be hobbies which Stan enjoys, as has been the case throughout his life. For the past 10 years, weekly sporting clay outings at various locations throughout Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama consumes many weekends. Stan’s Labrador, Hank, sometimes referred to as “Florida Hank”, is a significant part of all matters outside the practice of law.
